A healthy body begins with a healthy meal. I have found there is a great benefit to eating a very low carb meal if you are into losing weight especially if you combine it with intermittent fasting. I myself prefer to eat Keto foods which are high in fat very low in carbs and moderate in protein.

The great benefit of the Keto or even just a low carb diet is you can choose which one you think would best fit your lifestyle. With this being said i found that from time to time for me it was to add in occasionally carb cycling and keeping my body guessing as to how many calories i would be consuming. I started doing this back in November when i weighed 177 lbs and a waist size of 32 to date i am down to 148 lbs with waist size of 30.
